Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains your options for cancellations and refunds on Fort Care Co (“Fort”) orders.
Pre-order cancellations
Fort currently sells products via pre-order. You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships.
To request a cancellation and refund, email us at miranda@fort.cx with your order number and the subject line “Cancellation Request.” We will process your refund within 5–10 business days of confirming your cancellation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After shipment
Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation under this policy. Returns after shipment are handled under our post-delivery return process below.
Post-delivery returns
If your device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at miranda@fort.cx within 30 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or video of the defect or damage.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Defective or damaged product claims may also be covered under our Limited Warranty.
Non-refundable items
- Orders that have already been cancelled and refunded.
- Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear (see our Limited Warranty for details).
Refund processing
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider but typically takes 5–10 business days after we confirm your refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.
