Fort Care Co (“Fort”) is currently in a pre-order phase. This page will be updated with full shipping details once our devices are in production and orders are ready to ship.
Current status: pre-order
Fort products are available for pre-order. No devices have shipped yet. Founders’ Edition has sold out. Signature Edition is the active preorder and is expected to ship Q2 2027.
Pre-order customers will receive email updates at the address provided at checkout, including estimated ship date announcements, shipping confirmation with tracking information, and delivery updates.

Carriers, shipping options, international availability, delivery timeframes, and shipping fees will be confirmed and posted here before fulfillment begins.
Shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. To update your address before shipment, email us at miranda@fort.cx with your order number. We cannot guarantee address changes once fulfillment begins.
Cancellation before shipment
You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
