Fort Care Co (“Fort,” “we,” “our”) provides a strength training wearable product experience at fort.cx.

What data we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through site and product usage.

  • Contact details you submit (for example, email address or phone number for waitlist, pre-order, or marketing updates).
  • Order and payment information when you place a pre-order (processed securely through Shopify).
  • Interaction events (for example, CTA clicks, form submits, referral actions).
  • Technical usage data such as page path, referrer, and campaign UTM parameters.
  • Account and device data if you create a Fort account or use the Fort app.

How we use your data

  • Process and fulfill pre-orders and manage your customer account.
  • Send launch updates, order confirmations, and marketing communications you have opted into.
  • Administer referral and rewards programs.
  • Measure funnel performance and improve conversion and product education.
  • Prevent misuse and maintain site security.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Vendors and processors we use

  • Shopify (ecommerce platform, checkout, payment processing, and order management).
  • Klaviyo (email and SMS marketing, lifecycle communications, and customer segmentation).
  • Google Analytics 4 (web analytics and traffic reporting).
  • Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (ad attribution and conversion reporting).

These providers may process data on our behalf under applicable data processing terms.

Marketing communications

If you join our waitlist, place a pre-order, or opt in to marketing, we may send product and launch emails or SMS messages via Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying STOP to SMS messages.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
